The room was snug but had issues like a non-flushing toilet and a leaking fridge, thankfully the staff was prompt in switching rooms. However, the new room was not cleaned properly with visible grime and bugs. Although I appreciated the fresh sheets provided after my request, they were still stained. Breakfast options were limited, lacking variety and freshness, leading to disappointment for my daughter and me.

My stay was quite unfortunate. the room was filthy, and there were cockroaches everywhere. I didn't see the advertised amenities and would not return.

There was one front desk clerk named Myschel, she was polite and pretty helpful amidst all the chaos. I wish I could say the same about everything else!
This was definitely not a bargain, but I had no choice.

Had a great time with my friends here! We visited the local museum and even checked out the planetarium. The staff were friendly and the rooms were cozy for a group. Just a heads-up, those looking for top-notch housekeeping might want to check the cleanliness upon arrival.
One friend found some hair in the bathroom, which was a bit gross. We didn't let it ruin our trip, but it's something future guests should be aware of.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially with the cozy Queen Studio and the fantastic outdoor pool that was perfect for relaxing after a long day. They also had a nice grilling area, which made for a great evening cookout with friends. The only downside was the breakfast options were a bit limited, but it didn’t take away from my experience! 😊

Staying with 20 family members was a blast! The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and we enjoyed quality family time. The bathroom had decent decor, which was a nice touch compared to the kitchen.
My wife says that the cleanliness was an issue. For our family, it would be great to have spotless accommodations.

I stayed here for a trip to Houston and had a mix of good and bad experiences. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in and any requests smooth. The room itself was reasonably clean and spacious enough for my needs. The amenities were basic, but they provided what I needed for a short stay. The location was also convenient, close to the places I wanted to visit. However, I faced several issues during my trip. The WiFi speed was extremely slow, which was frustrating. I struggled to connect my devices, especially when I needed to check something important. Additionally, I encountered roaches in my room, which made me uneasy. The breakfast options were disappointing. only granola bars and instant oatmeal offered little choice. I also noticed some maintenance issues like a leaky shower head and a worn-out carpet, which could definitely use some attention. For the price, it’s adequate, but improvements are necessary for comfort and cleanliness.

The room was cozy and comfy, perfect for a night of catching Zs. Plus, the location was a home run with scrumptious spots like Annam Indian Cuisine and Lupe Tortilla's just a stone's throw away! Can't get enough of that Houston food scene! 🌮🍽️
Now, the breakfast situation was like a sad joke with just a packet of oatmeal and a granola bar. Metaphorically speaking, I was left high and dry when I returned to find zero running water! 🚫💧
